The DoorDash driver provides customers with weight loss business cards according to McDonald's orders

2021-05-26
Many people across the United States may agree that food delivery apps are a bright spot during the pandemic. Even now, with the reopening of offices, bars and restaurants, many people may still order, because honestly, what could be better than not having to prepare meals or change sports pants to eat? But when a TikTok user opened her food delivery bag, she was surprised to find that McDonald's French fries did contain something she absolutely didn't want. TikTok user Suzie (@soozieque) opened her DoorDash order and found that the driver included the business card for the rest of the time after the meal. To make matters worse, business cards are used for weight loss services. In the video, Suzie showed the audience a Herbalife nutrition card sitting on a counter next to French fries. To avoid leaking the driver’s personal information, she covered the front of the card with one of the French fries. However, when she turned the card over, she found that the driver wrote: "I lose weight, how can I do it!" So far, more than 31,000 people have watched the video, and although some commentators were frustrated by receiving such rude content in Suzie's name, other commenters including Suzie laughed. However, most users worry that the DoorDash driver putting the card in the package will break the company's terms of service agreement. One user said: "They shouldn't actually do that." "I applied for DoorDash and even said not to try to sell personal items to DoorDash customers." Although many commenters thought of people whose chefs opened the bag and might handle other than food ideas (especially when we were still dealing with the pandemic), Susie assured everyone that the bag was not opened. The driver simply dropped the card to the top of the bag. We just hope that drivers will not develop the habit of adding marketing materials to the delivery note. No one wants judgment in their next fast food meal.
